Metaplanet announced at the board meeting on June 16, 2025, that it has decided to issue zero-coupon straight bonds totaling 210 million dollars.
The bonds will only be purchased by EVO FUND, and all proceeds will be used for #Bitcoin purchases.
The bonds also include an early redemption mechanism.
