The Ministry of Finance has been assigned and will report to the Government in March to issue a resolution. Accordingly, it allows for a pilot program to build and operate a cryptocurrency exchange so that investors, organizations, and individuals in Vietnam can participate, have a place to trade, and have a place to conduct investment and trading activities organized by enterprises authorized by the State. The State will protect the legitimate and lawful rights of organizations and individuals participating in activities in this market.
