The Japanese listed company Metaplanet announced at the board meeting on June 16, 2025, that they have approved the issuance of 210 million USD in non-interest bearing bonds for EVO FUND. The entire amount raised will be used to purchase Bitcoin. These bonds are exclusively subscribed by EVO FUND and have an early redemption mechanism.
