3. Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) – Corporate Bitcoin Treasury
On May 27, 2025, TMTG raised 2.5 billion USD (1.5 billion in stocks + 1 billion in convertible bonds), intended for the purchase of Bitcoin for the balance sheet.
The funds are set to enter the company's balance sheet alongside liquidity of 759 million USD (from Q1).
On June 13, 2025, the SEC effectively approved the registration of TMTG (Form S‑3) for this “Bitcoin Treasury Deal,” allowing the resale of approximately 56 million shares and 29 million convertible notes.
