Two Huge Announcements For Ripple And XRPL

USDC is now natively available on the XRP Ledger (XRPL), removing the need for bridging and making it easier for businesses to access liquidity through Circle’s APIs and Circle Mint. This allows for seamless use of USDC on XRPL for payments, cross-border transfers, DeFi, trading, and fiat on/off ramps.

Separately, at the XRP Ledger Apex Singapore event, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse predicted that XRP could capture up to 14% of SWIFT’s market share in five years by focusing on liquidity rather than just messaging.
