The longer the sideways movement, the stronger the rise

"The longer the horizontal, the higher the vertical". When the market is in a sideways fluctuation, the main force is actually busy accumulating positions. The more they accumulate, the more intense the subsequent rise will be. This is what is known as "the main force building positions". You might think the market is quiet, but in reality, a big surge is brewing.

A sudden drop during a sideways market is often just a shakeout; after a drop, there must be a rise. Conversely, if there is a sudden rise, don't rejoice too early; this may just be a trap to attract more buyers. The main force is washing out the weak hands, and only after that will the real market movement start. Remember, after the "position washing" is done, the real opportunity will come.
