Most of you already know that Satoshi left a message in the first Bitcoin block:
“The Times 03/Jan/2009 Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks.”
It was a quiet protest—against the collapse of trust in the traditional financial system.
That message was pulled from the front page of The Times on January 3, 2009. But there was another headline that same day:
“Israel prepares to send tanks and troops into Gaza.”
And looking back now, we can’t help but feel a chill. More than a decade has passed…
The world seems to have changed drastically—but has it really?
• War still rages on, bringing sorrow and loss
• Banks still collapse, leaving behind shattered trust
• Inflation still silently erodes the value of money
• And every few years, the specter of a new financial crisis returns
