Futures contracts mein aap kisi asset (jaise ke Bitcoin, Gold, ya Oil) ko ek tay shuda price par mustaqbil (future) mein kharidne ya bechne ka wada karte hain — lekin asset aap ke paas us waqt nahi hota. --- ⚖️ Islamic Point of View: 📌 Aksar Ulama ka kehna hai ke Future Trading Haram hai, kyun ke is mein: 1️⃣ Gharar (غیر یقینی صورتحال) hoti hai 2️⃣ Qimar (جوا) jaisi soorat hoti hai 3️⃣ Real maal ka qabza nahi hota 4️⃣ Riba (سود) ka anasir hota hai jab leverage use hoti hai --- 📚 Fatwaat ke Hawalay: 🔹 Mufti Taqi Usmani: > "Future contracts mein maal haazir nahi hota, na qabza hota hai – is liye ye jaiz nahi." 🔹 Darul Uloom Deoband & Al-Azhar: > "Agar asli maal ki delivery na ho, to ye moamla haram hai." --- 📢 Aapka Kya Khayal Hai?
