All cryptocurrencies except Bitcoin and stablecoins are gambling. You don't bet the house on red 23 in a casino and cry if you lose. You willingly exchange cash for a token. Cryptocurrencies include payment, utility, governance, exchange, asset-based, privacy, and non-fungible tokens. To me, they're all mostly a gamble. You only gamble if: a) you believe you have superior skills, b) you're addicted, or c) you're foolish and think you'll beat the house. This clear classification would help many. That being sad, who wants to gamble?
