Good day!
After the overnight crash, the market has started to rise slowly, but don't rush to buy. The escalation in the Middle East is just beginning to heat up, and Israel continues to strike Iran.
What will happen if Iran responds?
There will be a response, but it depends on what kind; it might be something to save face, or it could be a full barrage, to which Israel would respond with even harsher strikes.
Why is the cryptocurrency market falling?
This escalation has strengthened the dollar and precious metals, weakening the demand for riskier assets. People have decided to move their savings into more stable assets, increasing their demand and thereby strengthening them.
What will happen next?
In my estimates, as long as the mutual bombardments continue, the market's decline will not end. If a nuclear weapon is used, which is very unlikely, the market could completely collapse.
At the moment, $BTC may drop to 90k, and $ETH may update the level to 2300 - 2200.
Good luck to everyone!
