We must wait for ETHBTC to validate a new high, for ETH to reach 3000$ , and for BTC.D to drop below 62%. At that moment, the Alts will attack their resistances again.

We are very close to this. It can happen in a single day, but we need to wait for it to happen before transitioning to the Alts with more peace of mind.
