I wanted to place a $250 order to long AAVE at around the $500K level.

But in a moment of confusion, I accidentally placed a Sell order for $500K worth of AAVE instead. I basically nuked the entire chart with a huge wick.

Right after the order was executed, I was down $40K instantly.

I really think there should be a warning when the order price deviates by more than 20% from the current price. That could’ve prevented this.
