【Binance Alpha】Step-by-step tutorial, earn transaction fees by adding liquidity, and some tips to increase points
👉🏻 Yesterday, Binance Wallet's 'Alpha Wealth Center' was launched, integrating PancakeSwap V3's selected Alpha token pools.
Now, adding liquidity to the Alpha token pool also counts towards the Binance Alpha balance points. Here’s a step-by-step tutorial (see the image for specific operations)
💡 Some key points to note:
1️⃣ Adding liquidity to the pool is essentially placing orders to provide market-making within a specific price range:
Select tokens with small price fluctuations but high trading volume for higher returns.
2️⃣ Pancake has three price selection strategies: Broad, Moderate, and Precise:
Essentially betting on the 'price range' of the token, selecting the appropriate price range makes it easier for orders to be frequently triggered and completed, thus earning more transaction fees.
3️⃣ Currently suitable tokens include:
High trading volume and stable prices. The tokens that meet the criteria are: $ZKJ, $KOGE, which have the highest trading volume in the last 24 hours and are easier to trade within the range.
Pump Pump created a liquidity pool for $B - #USD1, adding over 1000u to the pool, earning 16u in one night, which can cover the cost of brushing Alpha.
👉 Finally, let's update the score ladder for Alpha balance:
$100 to < $1,000 = 1 point/day
$1,000 to < $10,000 = 2 points/day
$10,000 to < $100,000 = 3 points/day
$100,000 and above = 4 points/day
'4 points' is the upper limit for the balance part. Currently, adding a pool of over 1000u seems to offer the best cost-performance ratio.
In addition to earning '2 points', the pool's returns can cover the cost of brushing points, and there is potential profit. If done well, it can achieve true cost-free point brushing. Come and try it out!
