The Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged at least until September

The latest data from a survey conducted between June 5 and 10, which included 105 economists, showed that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged and will not lower them at least until September.

Almost all of them (specifically 105) confirmed that the Federal Open Market Committee will keep interest rates in the range of 4.25% to 4.50% at its meeting on June 17 and 18, the same range it has maintained since the beginning of the year.

The only reason? Inflation has not declined, and the labor market has not shown enough pressure to force the Federal Reserve to take action.
