Today I learned something new: the difference between centralized exchanges (CEX) and decentralized exchanges (DEX). As a beginner, I started using Binance, which is a CEX. It seems easier and safer for now, as it has customer support and a simple interface. But I also learned that in DEX you have more control over your funds, although that implies more responsibility and knowing how to use wallets like MetaMask. I would like to try a DEX in the future, but I still lack confidence. Do you use CEX, DEX, or both? What advantages and disadvantages do you see?
