Finnaly some reasanoble thinking got involved in all the Dex vs Cex, Crypto - crime and (or) punisment, freedom of toaght and invention,and afcourse the news come from where else then USA? With their " crypto president" they had to get on board and speak up , is it legal to write a code ,even if the results are not what you wanted or it is not? This time SEC ruled completly opposite then before and said :
If someone robs a car using a Ford car, is the inventor or builder of the car the one to blame or the person driving it ? With this analogy other big shots at SEC even went and called on the first amendment rights and declaring code writing protected under the freedom of speech act.
Nothing wrong with this , my only question is - what made them change their minds? 🤔 Is it wrealy that their inventors had to go all over the world in order not to ne prosecuted, or just the last " rebel yell" of the " crypto King ( president )" . We all know he changes opinions more often than other people change socks , and that he is in a middle of a great battle with his ex. So ,if all this turns to be just the sensation of the day ,don't be supriced. The world police is watching us all , and they change their frenemies like a pre teen girl on fight with her bestie.
