🧠 Code Ya Criminal? DeFi Developers Ko Kaun Protect Karega?

SEC ke latest crypto roundtable ne ek aag bhadka di — aur iss baar nishane par hain DeFi developers.

✅ Bilkul sahi! Agar code open-source hai, toh developer ka kaam creation tak hai — misuse ka zimma kyun?

> “Code is protected speech under the First Amendment.”

🔥 Web3 mein, code hi awaaz hai — aur awaaz ko band nahi kiya ja sakta.

🔹 Erik Voorhees ne smart contracts ko “regulators se behtar” kaha.

💡 Kyun? Kyunki smart contracts biased nahi hote, so'te nahi, aur bribe nahi lete. Just pure logic and execution.

Code ko nahi, crime ko target karo

Builders ko shield do, fraudsters ko jail

Aur legal system ko software ke speed pe lao
