How an anonymous judge will break the oligarchic system

🔒 Concept: Faceless Judge
Judges of the new generation work in two modes:
1️⃣ Online meeting:
All parties connect to an encrypted video system.
The judge appears only as a silhouette or avatar, the voice — altered through a modulator.
The identity of the judge remains completely hidden.
All documents, testimonies, and video evidence are transmitted in encrypted digital form.
2️⃣ Offline meeting in the courtroom:
The judge is physically present in a special isolated chamber behind a bulletproof screen.
The face is not visible, the voice is transmitted through a secure audio system with modulation.
Case materials are transmitted through a narrow opening — like in bank terminals or detention facilities.
The entire hall sees only a darkened screen or a screen — no chance to recognize the judge's identity.
🛡️ Features of the reform:
The identity of the judge is known only to the Attorney General of Ukraine.
Judges undergo rigorous integrity checks and are constantly tested for influence.
In case of pressure attempts, automatic criminal proceedings, regardless of the status of the influential person.
