The exchange platform is owned by Nasdaq, Inc. (which the exchange also lists; ticker symbol NDAQ), which also owns the Nasdaq Nordic stock exchange and several options and stock exchanges. The exchange is composed of both U.S. and foreign companies, with China and Israel being the largest foreign sources.
