$LAYER feels like a scam, so no one is willing to increase their positions. Without increasing positions, at most you just lose what you've bought. Knowing it's a scam and still increasing positions means you are a fool. So I would rather buy ETH. No matter what, even if it drops a lot, it will eventually come back, and the cycle won't be too long.
