A trading pair represents two different assets you can trade between—like BTC/USDT. The first asset (BTC) is what you’re buying or selling, and the second (USDT) is what you’re using to trade. If you buy BTC/USDT, you're buying Bitcoin with Tether; if you sell, you're exchanging Bitcoin for Tether.
