⛏️ Tether plans to open the source code of its Bitcoin Mining OS (MOS) software with the goal of "reducing the gap between public companies and smaller players".
MOS is a modular system, "built on a peer-to-peer IoT architecture", capable of scaling from Raspberry Pi to industrial volumes.
The project launch is expected at the end of 2025, when the team will finalize documentation and user instructions, as well as prepare publicly available repositories with the code.
