On the 3rd day of Sino-U.S. negotiations, the outcome is expected to be relatively optimistic, although it may not be possible to reach a final agreement. 🇺🇸 may make significant concessions to ensure that its own companies can purchase 🇨🇳 rare earths without obstacles.

There is little necessity for both sides to continue dragging things out, especially as the pressure on the U.S. is significant because the East can withstand short-term economic pressure, while the Americans are unwilling to do so.
