#TradingTools101 RSI, MACD and Moving Averages

RSI (Relative Strength Index): An indicator that measures overbought (RSI > 70) and oversold (RSI < 30) levels. Helps identify reversal points when the market is overbought or oversold.

MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence): A momentum indicator with two lines: MACD and the signal line. A buy signal occurs when MACD crosses above the signal line, and a sell signal occurs when it crosses below.

Moving Averages: Used to determine the overall trend. A buy signal occurs when the price crosses above the MA, and a sell signal occurs when the price crosses below the MA.

Combine multiple indicators to make more accurate trading decisions.
