The second round of negotiations on tariffs between the United States and China has officially concluded at Lancaster House, a luxurious government residence in the capital London, England.

The U.S. delegation included three senior officials: Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, Under Secretary for Commerce Scott Bessent, and Trade Representative Jamieson Greer. The Chinese side was led by Vice Premier and chief economic representative He Lifeng.

President Trump stated at the White House on Monday that he is receiving positive reports from the negotiations.
