Did you receive an SMS from “Binance” alerting you about suspicious access? Be careful.

Although the message is in the same thread as the official ones, it may be fake.

This is an increasingly common tactic: SMS spoofing.

How does this scam work?

– The attacker sends an SMS from a number that appears to be official.

– The message arrives in the same thread where you receive real alerts from Binance.

– It asks you to call a number or follow an urgent link.
