Bitcoin ≠ bitcoin ? Did you know?
You have probably noticed that sometimes we write Bitcoin with a capital B and sometimes we write bitcoin with a lowercase b. Strange, isn't it?
But not really, actually because simply:
Bitcoin ≠ bitcoin 🤷🏽♀️
But what is the difference?
👉 Bitcoin (uppercase) = the network, the protocol, the technology, the blockchain.
👉 bitcoin (lowercase) = the digital currency, the token, what we send or receive, the $BTC .
Basically, you use bitcoins (b) on the Bitcoin (B) network. Simple, right?
