What is the meaning of life? What are we pursuing throughout our lives? In fact, countless people overlook a truth: many things do not need to have meaning. Life itself is a journey; when you want to eat, drink, and have fun, you should do so. Eating, drinking, and having fun do not mean wasting time; enduring hardship and labor does not necessarily deserve praise.

Life is actually about constantly feeling and experiencing, with various layers of meaning. As long as you want to do something, you can. Those seemingly meaningless activities, like daydreaming, watching clouds, watching the sunrise, or counting stars, our experiences are the greatest meaning. Our lives do not necessarily have to be about doing what is deemed meaningful by society; meaning is something we give ourselves. Life is a wilderness, not a track. As long as you enjoy the present, it is meaningful. In our brief lives, a hundred years later, think about it: without you, without me, we cannot take even a brick or a tile after striving for a lifetime; no matter how much we cling to love and hatred, we cannot take any of it with us. So there is no time to argue, to be sad, to be calculative; we only have time to love and to enjoy all of this that is fleeting. Have you noticed that wasting time can also be a kind of enjoyment? Striving is also a kind of enjoyment; living in the present is the most important.

When we were young, we thought forgetting to bring homework was a huge deal. While studying, we thought not getting into college was the end of the world. In love, we felt that breaking up with the one we loved was a monumental issue. But now, looking back, you will find that those obstacles we once thought insurmountable have long been crossed. Things we once thought we couldn't accept have gradually been accepted, and regrets are just the norm. In fact, no matter what choice we make, we will always regret it, because we habitually beautify the path we didn't choose at that moment. But everyone knows that even if time were to rewind, given your mindset and experiences at that time, you would still make the same choices. Therefore, there is no need to regret; as long as you look back, the light boat has already passed through countless mountains. Looking ahead, although the road is long, it can also be very bright.

People are different. Some people leave this world in their twenties, while others live into their nineties. Some lose their lives in an instant, while others linger in bed for ten years before departing. Some have high degrees but are delivering food, while others with lower education become bosses. Some are very beautiful but single even in their forties or fifties. Others may look ordinary in every aspect but are already happily married with children. You see those particularly capable people may be so busy that they spend a whole year without seeing their parents or children, while many ordinary people enjoy a lifetime of family reunion and bliss.

So what is right and what is wrong? There is no standard; your heart is the standard. Life cannot be replayed, so while you have time, love whom you love, pursue what you pursue, enjoy, and traverse the green hills while you are still young. So what is the meaning of life? I think it is that it has no meaning.

99% of people, three generations later, time will smooth over all traces of their existence. No one in this world will ever mention their name again, nor will anyone recall their appearance. This person has completely disappeared, as if they were never here.

Life is a journey, a journey that ultimately leaves no trace. Do not worry about trivial matters; do not punish yourself for others' mistakes. We live in the present, savoring every bite of food, listening intently to every flower blooming, admiring every landscape, and fulfilling every responsibility with heart. Do not dwell on the past, do not fear the future, live wholeheartedly in the present; this is the meaning of the journey. The scenery in our eyes, the food on our plates, the people around us, the three meals and four seasons, this is our life.
