This staff is doing the work that we cannot do. If they are late or if there is any shortcoming, treat them politely. They are sacrificing their happiness out of necessity to provide us with facilities.
Do not hate them; offer them cold water and, if possible, feed them. Lifting the burdens of this scorching heat and unbearable filth is a great act of courage... ♥️
