#CryptoFees101
Hello esteemed community.
It is no secret that there are fees for cryptocurrency transfers.
Many do not understand why they need to pay, and especially why so much!!!
So, what are fees in the world of cryptocurrencies and why are they so high?
A fee is the payment to miners (or validators) for including your transaction in a block.
The size of the fee depends on:
– Network congestion;
– Transaction priority (the higher the fee, the faster it will be processed);
– Type of blockchain (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, etc.).
How to get rid of high fees?
– Send during low congestion periods;
– Choose networks with low fees (Polygon, BSC);
– Use L2 solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism).
Everything is in your hands.
Good luck, friends.
