Different types of fees and how to reduce them and increase your profits!
The cryptocurrency trading field is full of opportunities, but there’s a point that many people overlook which costs them a lot without realizing it, the fees and costs.
Today we will talk together about:
✅ Different types of fees
✅ How to improve your trades and reduce costs
✅ Tips for transferring assets between platforms at the lowest cost
1️⃣ Basic types of fees
✅ Trading Fees
Maker: when you place a Limit order and add liquidity, its fees are lower
Taker: when you execute a Market order or take liquidity, its fees are slightly higher.
✅ Deposit & Withdrawal Fees
Depositing is usually free.
Withdrawal has network fees — make sure to choose a suitable network.
✅ Futures and Margin fees
There are Funding Fees and interests if you open positions on Leverage.
The more you increase leverage, the higher the funding cost will be.
✅ Special fees (e.g., Launchpad / IFO)
Some projects charge fees for participating in them, keep that in mind.
2️⃣ How to reduce costs?
💡 Use BNB to pay fees
Binance gives a nice discount if you use BNB, haven’t activated it? Then you’re missing out on good savings!
💡 Highest VIP Level
The higher your trading volume, the higher your VIP Level and the lower the fees.
💡 Use Limit Orders wisely
If you use Limit Orders you will be a Maker and pay lower fees.
💡 Choose the right network for withdrawal
ERC-20 is more expensive, try BSC, Polygon, TRON depending on the currency.
💡 Take advantage of offers and coupons
Follow Binance Promotions — many of them offer Free Trading or discounts.
💡 Avoid too many Micro Trades
Trading with very small amounts makes you lose a large percentage in fees by merging orders.
3️⃣ Asset transfers between trading platforms (Cross-Platform Transfers)
Transferring assets is something we all need to do, but if you’re not careful you’ll find yourself paying Network Fees unnecessarily.
✅ Choose the right network: TRON or BSC are usually cheaper than ERC-20.
✅ Follow network timing: rush hour = higher fees.
✅ Merge orders: instead of sending multiple times, group them and send once.
✅ Use a cheap "bridge currency": you can transfer BNB instead of ETH for example and convert it on the other platform.
✅ Follow Promotions: sometimes withdrawals have 0 fees during seasonal offers.
💡 Managing these fees is true skill — those who trade professionally in this field know that the difference between a successful trader and an ordinary trader is not always just in the profit percentage but also in controlling costs.
If you apply these things
You will reduce the fees you pay monthly
You will increase your net profit
You will work more smartly in a very competitive market 🗣️
