#TradingMistakes101 I know for many people, after a long week in trading, it takes real motivation to sit down and analyze everything.
If you've done well, you might be saying to yourself, "What's the point of going through all this trouble?".
If you've done poorly, you might be thinking: "I can't bear to remember all my mistakes, I'll just try harder next week" without a solid plan on what you'll work on and, most importantly, how to improve it.
You have to fight these thoughts to consistently improve performance.
I have tweeted this review process many times. Remember: curiosity is the foundation for improvement.
