I’ve traded Futures on both popular DEXs and CEXs, and there are some noticeable differences worth highlighting.

One major point for me is maintenance margin—it’s significantly higher on DEXs compared to CEXs like Binance. This can impact how flexible and capital-efficient your trading can be.

Another key difference is privacy. On a CEX, your activities are less visible to the public, while on a DEX, everything is fully transparent and on-chain—great for decentralization, but not ideal if you value discretion.

These are just a couple of observations for now. Each platform has its pros and cons depending on your strategy and priorities.
