Donald Trump and Elon Musk began an open war on Thursday with serious mutual accusations, after the businessman criticized the controversial budget bill of the President of the United States.

"Without me, Trump would have lost the elections," said the founder of Tesla and SpaceX on the social network X, and until a week ago, the administrator of the U.S. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

Musk accused Trump of "ingratitude" in the context of their open dispute.
