Yuga Labs CEO Greg Solano proposed to dissolve the ApeCoin DAO and launch a new entity called ApeCo. In addition to fully funding the ApeCoin staking contracts, legal obligations, and other expenses, all remaining assets of the Ape Foundation and ApeCoin DAO will be transferred to ApeCo.
