If this is at 0.10 in futures, if it lists, how far could it go? To 0.5?

TWO questions: 1) ,,#BOB appears now in futures, does it mean that the listing is coming soon?

2) why does it appear there with a different price? In Alpha it costs nothing, but in futures it is $0.10? 🤔🤔
