-ANOTHER SCAMMER BITES THE DUST- A big thank you to #Binance for a quick response, and dealing with this issue quickly. An account claiming to be BINANCE OFFICIAL $XRP AIRDROP has just been removed after I reported it to Binance but unfortunately there were SEVERAL accounts that had already asked for the scammers WALLET CONNECTION to “receive” $XPR coins by pinging the thread with #XPR in the comments section. I urge you to secure your funds IMMEDIATELY and disconnect your wallets. The account, even though they had an official looking banner, and official looking poster and official looking posts about the airdrop, and an official sounding name, with lots of official documentation supporting their claim, they DID NOT have a yellow checkmark ☑️ in their profile. The account owner told me that they needed 1000 followers in order to be granted the checkmark, but once again, none of this was true. Again, I strongly urge EVERYONE WHO CONNECTED THEIR WALLETS with this, account “Binance Official XRP airdrop” to IMMEDIATELY DISCONNECT YOUR WALLETS and/or create a new one and secure your funds. Be careful, because even it looks official, it might not be. Look for the YELLOW ☑️ CHECKMARK if an account claims to be Binance. Be safe my friends. #AIRDROP #SCAM

Learn to filter out the noise or you will always be dependent on other people who have other plans than what you have. Some people know nothing about analytics, they just shout “it will go up” because a token dropped violently. Pro tip: What goes up does not always come down, and what drops down doesn’t always get back up. Advice is one thing, curiosity another, but in the end you need to make the decisions yourself. You don’t know if the author is a scalper, day trader or a long term investor. You can read the same indicators as we all do, learn to read them and you will see the patterns that works best FOR YOU. I wish I had a better answer for you, but I don’t. Learning, watching, trying, failing, listening, picking yourself up after you fall..those are the best lessons. but they are not cheap.

Every day you will hear people say “Buy $BTC it’s about to explode” or “Grab $XRP because someone made a deal” and even “This analysis of $ETH says you need to buy this now”. Now this can be really disheartening and downright stressful if you are just getting to terms with crypto trading, because you have FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), it is a common problem for crypto traders, especially newcomers or people who don’t read into the data too much. Let me tell you this, trading with crypto is not a social event. Not at all. On the contrary, you need to learn how to tune out all the noise and stress, then focus on your own targets-whatever they may be. The person telling you to buy this or that doesn’t know you, your goals and ambitions- but sure, it is great to have a community and other people to lean against, but don’t make the mistake of leaning too much or you will fall when they move. Stick to your plan, ask advice but in the end, it is your decision and your money. Don’t let others take that away from you just because their plan doesn’t align with yours. You will thank yourself later, that you can stand on your own legs and make the trades that YOU want to make.

Reminder to new investors - remember to check the LONGER time frames on your investments before BUYING or SELLING. For instance $BOB has been popular amongst newcomers, and it looks amazing, but scale out to 1H, 4H or 1D at least so you can make informed decisions. A lot of beginners look only at the 1m and 5m scales and that is not a sustainable way to invest in today’s market. Be informed, be smart, be a real investor.
