#Circle Circle (CRCL) debuts with an oversubscribed and rising IPO

Circle Internet Group (CRCL) will go public this Thursday with high expectations. Its IPO price was set at $31 per share, above the estimated range, raising its valuation to $6.8 billion.

The company will issue 34 million shares on the New York Stock Exchange, which implies a fundraising close to $1.1 billion. The debut is generating strong institutional interest.
