What are trading pairs?

Trading pairs are a comparison between two assets.

When trading, you buy one asset and pay for it with another.

🧠 How to read the pair?

Example: BTC/USDT

BTC: the asset you want to buy (base currency).

USDT: the asset you pay with (quote currency).

If the price = 70,000 → you need 70,000 USDT to buy 1 BTC.

📌 Common types of pairs:

Cryptocurrencies: ETH/BTC, SOL/USDT…

Forex: EUR/USD, GBP/JPY…

Stocks against currency: TSLA/USD (on some platforms).
