#Circle扩大IPO规模

Stablecoin giant Circle (CRCL) went public on the New York Stock Exchange today, with an IPO price of $31 per share, raising $1.1 billion and achieving a valuation of $6.9 billion (fully diluted at $8.1 billion). The issuance scale increased from an initial 24 million shares to 34 million shares, with oversubscription of 25 times, as institutions like BlackRock and ARK rushed to buy.

The core product USDC (with a circulation of $61 billion) accounts for 29% of the stablecoin market, with revenue primarily dependent on interest from U.S. Treasury bonds. Regulatory dividends (such as the 'GENIUS Act') may drive long-term growth.
