European Central Bank lowered its deposit facility rate by 25 basis points to 2%, marking the seventh consecutive meeting with a rate cut. The main refinancing rate and the marginal lending rate were reduced from 2.4% and 2.65% to 2.15% and 2.4%, respectively.
