Circle Internet Group, the publisher of the USDC stablecoin, has officially listed its shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on June 5, 2025, under the trading code "CRCL". Circle's IPO raised 1.1 billion USD through the sale of 34 million shares at a price of 31 USD per share, exceeding the previously estimated price range of 24–26 USD. This initial public offering values the company at approximately 6.9 billion USD, and it could reach 8.1 billion USD if options and convertible securities are included.
