Let me talk about a few things I've been doing recently to document my daily life.

  • In terms of saving money:

    1. Currently, the living and eating expenses at my workplace are very cheap, totaling less than 500 per month including utilities. The fuel cost for commuting was high before, but now with carpooling, it should drop to under 500 a month. This expense is minimal now.

  • 2. The phone bill is around 140 a month because I subscribed to a plan two years ago. Changing it now would incur a lot of penalties, so I'll switch to a cheaper plan when the contract expires in October. Overall, let's estimate this at 1000.

  • 3. I give my family a fixed amount of 3000 every month for the child's and daily household expenses, which isn’t much.

  • 4. The insurance I bought previously costs over 50,000 a year. I plan to cancel as much as I can; most of it won't get refunded, so I'm just keeping the health insurance.

  • 5. The annual loan interest is estimated to be over 50,000.

  • 6. There are also some daily expenses, like socializing. I've kept my own living expenses simple. Currently, my salary barely covers the child's and some daily costs, which can't be cut down. The rest is mainly supported by credit cards.

  • In terms of income generation:

  • 1. Recently, I made some gains from XEN, about 0.5 ETH. I withdrew it to the exchange and made a contract, but I didn't dare to invest all my ETH as I might get carried away. I played with 10,000 and have made 5,000 so far, which I have withdrawn to pay off my credit card. Moving forward, I will withdraw again once I earn another 5,000. The strategy is to swing trade between 18,000-20,000 for ETH, currently holding a short position while hedging, and seeing how long I can sustain this.

  • 2. Last month, a project asked me to do a Chinese translation and proofreading job, offering about 0.1e-0.3e. I was supposed to have an interview, but they required me to download software I had never heard of, so I gave up out of fear due to a past experience with theft.

  • 3. Another project approached me in the past few days for testing, offering 200 USD. I’m not sure if it’s a scam.

  • 4. Recently, I got some benefits from the Lychee project @lychee_bnb, which airdropped several boxes of lychee to my fans. It’s the first benefit for my followers. Those who haven’t followed or shared yet should hurry; it ends tomorrow night.

  • 5. The SOL phones I bought last year need an address for shipping. I bought 10 units, but the shipping cost is an additional 80 USD per unit, which seems high. I wonder if anyone in the community has connections for cooperation; please contact me. Some say if you don’t provide an address, you won’t receive the goods and will get a refund later, but I’m not sure if that’s true.

  • In other aspects:

  • 1. In terms of making quick gains: Recently, I haven’t been active in this area, focusing more on reading and creating content. To be honest, last year's experiences with ZK and L0 affected me greatly, and I haven’t been active for about a year. I feel a bit out of touch now, but I will engage again when I see suitable opportunities, as my strength lies in strong execution.

  • 2. Regarding civil service exams: Since I already have a job, I don’t have to pay for social insurance, which has saved me a lot of expenses. I feel less anxious than when I was unemployed. Moving forward, I aim to focus on jobs closer to home or those offering a higher salary. I have two exams this month.

  • 3. On Twitter: I continue to engage as I feel it’s somewhat effective. I’ve met like-minded friends. Previously, I was working solo, but now I want to find people to collaborate with. The Blue V movement continues; I will like and comment on those who interact with me. My goal for the first phase is to reach 5,000 Blue V accounts; I currently have over 2,000. Once I hit that target, I can explore making quick gains.

  • 4. Lastly, regarding this month's loan, I definitely need to sell some ETH. I haven't decided how much yet; I'll wait until the voting concludes. For those who haven’t voted yet, please cast a vote and let me know what you would do in my situation. Thank you!
