In any career, partners are very important.
Because my own abilities are very strong, in past collaborations, I often sacrificed the selection of partners to speed up the process. The basic requirement was simply that they were a person who could use a smartphone.
Basically, I did everything I could do myself; I was hands-on. Partners mostly just assisted, coasting along, because I was in a hurry. I always wanted to quickly arrange things properly, so I would give up on selecting partners to save time. I learn quickly and work efficiently; I usually finished everything myself.
However, as time went on, I realized that having cooperative partners is extremely important for accomplishing a task. This partner may not be a completely independent powerhouse, but they absolutely cannot be a complete liability at a critical moment.
Generally, the criteria now are:
1. No drinkers.
2. No one who loves to attend drinking parties.
3. No one who is too young.
4. No old people who are wealthy but unwilling to learn.
5. No one who is morally deficient and loves to take shortcuts.
6. No one who engages in socializing with a drinking culture, who loves to flatter and toasting excessively.
7. No one with a strange temper; they can be reclusive or not fit in, as strong individuals often do not fit in. However, this refers specifically to certain values that are excessively skewed, such as being indifferent to work as long as a leader dares to criticize them, or having a 'relationship brain' where a girlfriend is overly demanding while the boyfriend is submissive, indicating a skewed value system and insufficient life experience and emotional maturity.
For instance, during collaboration, if someone is overly emotional, only living in their own world, feeling proud of minor achievements, and unable to consider the feelings of collaborators, they generally have a small mindset.
There are many, many factors. In short, to accomplish something, partners are incredibly important.
