From Zero to Hodler: My First Crypto Journey on Binance

At first, I was just messing around. Hearing from a friend about crypto and Binance, I tried installing the application. Honestly, I was confused at first because there were many unfamiliar features and terms. But that's what made me curious.

My first step was to buy USDT via P2P, then try spot trading. Unfortunately, I immediately got FOMO—buy when the price goes up, and panic sell when it goes down. But from that mistake, I started to learn. I read articles on Binance Academy, studied candlesticks, support-resistance, and indicators like EMA.

After that, I changed my strategy. Now I'm more comfortable using the DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) method, buying regularly every week through the Auto-Invest feature. Simple, but makes me calm because I don't have to think about entry time.

Apart from being a hodler, I also like scalping on a 15-minute timeframe using a breakout strategy. The profit is not big, but enough to add a small income. The important thing is to be disciplined and use risk management.

What makes me feel at home at Binance is not just the features, but also the community. Through Telegram groups and community events, I can learn together and discuss with other users. Making this journey not feel alone.

From this experience, I learned that crypto is not just about making quick profits, but about the process and education. And Binance has become a gateway that helps me grow, from what was initially just a whim, now to becoming a wiser hodler.
