End of Year goals:
1. Successfully deploy Alchemix v3.
2. Grow TVL at least 5x.
3. Grow liquidity by at least 3x.
4. Get alUSD and alETH on major lending markets.
5. Deploy v3 on one more rollup.
6. Have 3 friendly forks of v3.
7. Get at least 3 DAOs to manage their treasury using v3.
8. Get the EF to notice us and think Alchemix is relevant enough to trial a regenerative treasury.
9. Get v3.1 into audit.
