What is the difference between pullback and pivot?

The pullback is the term that indicates the correction movement of a stock's value, which can either drop or experience a temporary rise. It projects the shift back to the original price. The pivot is an indicator used to determine the overall trend of asset prices in the market at different times. Pivot points are used to make projections of possible changes in market price and reversals. This indicator breaks through resistance areas where the price begins to break out.
