❓ What is it?
A Binance feature that allows you to recover crypto sent in error, such as:
Wrong Binance address
Incorrect network
Missing tag/memo (e.g., XRP, XLM)
✅ When is it possible?
The crypto was sent to Binance
The coin and network are supported
You have the TXID of the transaction
🧾 How to request?
1. Go to: binance.com/wallet/history/refund
2. Enter the TXID
3. Check eligibility
4. Follow the instructions
⚠️ Important
Not all transactions are refundable
There may be an administrative fee
Transactions to addresses outside of Binance are not covered
