Amid bubbling optimism and new price predictions continually emerging, investors must navigate a fast-moving market without certainty of short-term direction.
Bitcoin Price Projection 2025: From Conservative to Speculative
Since BTC broke through US$ 90,000 at the end of 2024, price projections from major firms have started to emerge as follows:
VanEck: Target US$ 180,000
Galaxy Digital: Target US$ 200,000+
Fundstrat: Target US$ 250,000
The reasons behind these numbers are quite consistent:
Institutional adoption
More friendly regulations
Surge in inflows into Bitcoin Spot ETFs
Global macroeconomic uncertainty
However, there is now an additional factor, namely the continuously increasing global liquidity and high inflation expectations that have not eased. Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMEX, mentioned that Bitcoin prices are entirely driven by expectations of fiat supply, and those expectations are currently very bullish.

$$$Risk Next Year
Some analysts still believe in the 4-year Bitcoin cycle pattern, which usually ends with a bear market after halving. However, new voices are beginning to challenge this old narrative.
Willy Woo, a leading on-chain analyst, said that current risk signals are still low, indicating strong buy-side liquidity.
"Don't put too much faith in the tidy 4-year cycles. BTC is now a key indicator of global macro movements," said Woo.
Woo added that as halving loses its effect and U.S. fiscal pressure becomes heavier, Bitcoin could serve as a barometer of pressure on the global financial system.
What Do Major Players Say?
Nik Bhatia (The Bitcoin Layer): Bitcoin is rising now not because of optimism, but because of a search for neutrality amid the chaos of the bond market and government debt.
Stack Hodler: Highlighting the failure of the Trump administration's efforts to lower U.S. 10-year yields, along with threats of long-term fiscal deficits.
Joe Burnett (Unchained): Predicting a 'race between countries' in accumulating BTC.
ARK Invest (Cathie Wood): Predicting an extreme range between US$ 500,000 and US$ 2,400,000 per BTC.
One more, the most extreme forecast still comes from Arthur Hayes himself, with an estimated figure of US$ 1 million per BTC before 2028.
