#STORJ/USDT

$STORJ has changed the charging policy for S3 storage, which is malicious towards small users. I am currently preparing to close my account.

In short, the minimum monthly consumption is now $5. This means that unless you store more than 1.2TB of data on Storj, you will still be charged $5 even if you only store 1kb.

WTF? I only used it for backup because it seemed cheap, but now it really doesn't compare to Cloudflare R2. R2 not only provides 10GB of free space but also does not charge for outbound traffic.

I took a look at the forum and indeed many users are complaining; I am not the only one who finds this unreasonable...

I guess I will wait until I have 1.2TB of data that needs to be uploaded to the cloud before using Storj again. For now, it's time to say goodbye to Storj.
